About our Bed and Breakfast:

        -       Please discuss any special requests or needs with us and we will make every effort to meet them.

        -       Reservations are accepted on a first come basis, therefore early reservations are requested.

        -       Check in time is  3:30 PM or later -- Late arrivals may be prearranged.

        -       Check out time is 11:00 AM.

        -       A deposit of 50% is required to confirm your reservation.

                 (Full payment is required for special event periods - these will be discussed at time of reservation).

        -       MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express and Diners Club are accepted as well as

                    cash and check.

        -       Deposits must be received within five days of making reservation.

        -       Cancellations are accepted if received 15 days before arrival date and we can rent the room;

                    special rules apply to special event periods.  A $35 fee is applied to all cancellations.

        -       Unfortunately our Bed & Breakfast does not meet the needs of young children or pets.

        -       Smoking is limited to the exterior porches or grounds.
